Items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with original receipt.
- • Items purchased at one of our stores should be brought back to the same store location for return or exchange.
- • Items purchased online or through our call centre can be returned to your school's store or shipped back to us via mail. To arrange a return or exchange by mail, please call 1-800-668-8261 (416-593-6900 for local calls) and have your original order number available for reference purposes.
- • Shipping fees apply to items returned by mail unless the item was damaged, or the wrong item was sent. (Items can be returned to any store, however if you wish to purchase more items for your school please ensure you visit the specified location.)
- • Price adjustments will be made with the original receipt, within 7 days of purchase.
- • Price adjustments will not be made for clearance merchandise.
- • Custom-made, clearance/final sale and hosiery items cannot be returned.
