Items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with original receipt.
Any items purchased from June 1st through August 31st may be exchanged or refunded until September 30th
Items being returned should be returned to the original location of purchase.
Items purchased online or through our Call Centre can be returned to your school store (if applicable) or shipped back to our Head Office via mail.
Applicable shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer on returned items unless the item was damaged or an incorrect item was originally shipped.
We will gladly price match with the original receipt, within 7 days of purchase if identical product is advertised at a lower price.
Clearance sale items, custom made garments and hosiery are final sale
